Households that lived in the D-SNAP designated ten zip codes and two partial zip codes on October 27, 2012, were not receiving regular SNAP benefits during that time, who incurred storm related damages, loss of income, or who paid disaster relief expenses, but who did not apply for D-SNAP at that time due to disability are eligible to submit their D-SNAP application from October 3, 2015 to October 25, 2015.
