At Food Bank For New York City (“Food Bank” or “we”), your privacy is important to us, and we know you care about how your personal information is used and shared. This Privacy Policy, as part of our Terms and Conditions of Use, explains what information we gather about you as a donor, how we use it, and the safeguards we have in place to protect it. Additional privacy protection information is available on our general policies and disclaimers page.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.  When we do, we will note the last update on this page and in printed forms.

As a donor submitting personally identifying information (“Personal Information”) to us or any of our staff, you consent to the terms and conditions of the policy and to our processing and use of Personal Information for the purposes stated below.

  •  We do not rent or exchange lists containing your Personal Information with third party external organizations seeking contributions beyond the support of Food Bank For New York City.
