Monday, January 22, 2024 Two of the country’s most renowned female chefs— Hillary Sterling of Ci Siamo in New York City, and Nancy Silverton of Mozza Restaurant Group in Los Angeles—come together for an evening that celebrates Italian cuisine with a menu inspired by Chef Sterling and Chef Silverton’s experience cooking in Italy, NYC, LA, and beyond. March 13, 2024 For the first time, Majordomo, the acclaimed Momofuku restaurant in Los Angeles, is collaborating with the Momofuku Noodle Bar, David Chang’s original New York City restaurant in the East Village. The dinner will tie together Majordomo’s eclectic menu that pulls inspiration from Korea to Italy and highlights seasonal produce with Momofuku’s beloved menu of noodles and buns. June 18, 2024 A collaboration between two Best New Restaurants of 2023 by Bon Appetit—Austin-based coastal Mexican restaurant Este, by Chef Fermín Núñez, and Brooklyn Latin American restaurant Ensenada.
