NEW YORK (Telemundo 47) – Food Bank For New York City’s Community Kitchen and Food Pantry in West Harlem was recently highlighted by Telemundo 47 for doubling as a cooling center amid a blistering summer heat wave. The facility offered free meals and cool respite from the extreme temperatures, particularly benefiting seniors without air conditioning. Additionally, the center continues to provide nutritious meals and free health services, such as monthly dental exams, to support the community, including seniors, during this challenging time.
