Lily Newman was a Digital Storytelling and Paid Media intern at Food Bank For New York City, where she learned how powerful words can be when paired with purpose. A graduate of Syracuse University’s Renée Crown Honors Program with dual degrees in Political Science and Magazine, News, and Digital Journalism, she’s passionate about diving deep into new topics and turning them into stories that resonate.
Outside of writing, Lily loves country music, traveling, cheering on Boston sports, and reading anything she can get her hands on.
