Jenna Lee Russo is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Food Bank For New York City, where she leads with heart, humor, and a deep love for people and their stories.
A former journalist of 15 years and multi–Emmy Award winner, Jenna spent much of her career in the fast-paced newsrooms of WABC-TV Channel 7 Eyewitness News and News 12 Networks, chasing stories that mattered. She’s brought that same storytelling instinct to the nonprofit world, with two food banks under her belt and a passion for connecting communities through powerful, people-first narratives.
Jenna specializes in storytelling that makes people feel something—because to her, that’s what marketing is really all about. A dynamic leader known for her contagious energy and at-times relentless positivity, Jenna brings warmth, grit, and a cheer captain’s spirit to everything she does.
A lifelong Disney superfan, she visits the parks multiple times a year with her husband, their son Jesse, and their daughter Aria.
