Biography
Camesha Grant, Ph.D., is the Vice President of Community Impact and Investment at Food Bank For New York City. A Queens native, Dr. Grant has spent the last 30 years serving diverse New York City communities. She is committed to building stronger, more resilient communities through purpose-driven leadership.
In her current role, Dr. Grant leads strategic initiatives that drive meaningful, measurable change across the highest need communities in New York City. With a deep commitment to equity, economic empowerment, and sustainable growth, Dr. Grant oversees community partnerships and brings a data-driven, collaborative approach to community engagement and development.
Dr. Grant is a Licensed Master Social Worker and holds a Masters of Social Work degree, as well as a Ph.D. in Social Work from Fordham University.
