Biography
Mary Lynn Phillips is the Senior Vice President of Finance, CFO, at Stop & Shop, a great local brand of Ahold Delhaize USA. With more than 30 years of experience with national retailers to develop strong financial disciplines and influence strategies that deliver sustainable results. Mary Lynn has served as Chief Financial Officer for several fashion and luxury brands including Stuart Weitzman, Talbots, and Coach’s North America Division. She has also held a variety of roles within finance at Eileen Fisher, L Brands, and Federated Department Stores. Mary Lynn began her career as senior auditor at Ernst and Young and is a graduate of The Miami University where she received her BS in Accounting.
Passionate about supporting and advocating for the advancement of young talent, Mary Lynn serves as the executive sponsor for Stop & Shop’s Woman’s ARG, and a mentor through various organizations, including her alma mater. She serves on the Board of Food Bank For NYC, as Treasurer and Audit Committee member. She is on the Advisory Board of Farmer School of Business at The Miami University, Ohio.
Mary Lynn and her husband, Chip, split their time between Florida, New York City and Boston.
