New York, NY (January 12, 2021) – The Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival (NYCWFF) today announced its new partnership with God’s Love We Deliver, the New York metropolitan area’s leading provider of medically tailored meals and nutrition counseling for people living with severe illnesses. God’s Love We Deliver will join Food Bank For New York City, the city’s largest hunger-relief organization, as a Festival beneficiary with 100% of net proceeds benefitting both organizations.

“We’re thrilled to have God’s Love We Deliver as our new beneficiary alongside Food Bank For New York City,” said Festival Founder & Director, Lee Brian Schrager. “This partnership is important to us because not only do we believe that every New Yorker deserves access to fresh and nourishing meals, but we also believe NYCWFF will serve as a vital platform to amplify both charitable missions by connecting key chefs, culinary leaders, and all New Yorkers to these worthy charitable causes.” “For more than 35 years, God’s Love We Deliver has cooked and home-delivered medically tailored meals to our vulnerable neighbors living with serious illness – more than 2.5 million meals this year alone,” said God’s Love We Deliver President & CEO, Karen Pearl. “This strategic partnership grants us a great opportunity to increase our visibility and reach, and to ensure that all those who are too sick to shop or cook for themselves receive the tailored nutrition – and love – they need with every delivery.”
“Food Bank has been at the forefront of serving New Yorkers in need with compassion and dignity for over 36 years,” said Leslie Gordon, President & CEO of Food Bank For New York City. “We’re proud to have NYCWFF as a mission partner and welcome God’s Love We Deliver as our new partner. It’s always great to work with another organization that loves this city as much as we do, especially one that shares our mission to feed and serve vulnerable communities across all five boroughs.”
“NYCWFF has been an advocate and supporter of the No Kid Hungry campaign for the last 13 years,” said Billy Shore, Founder & Executive Chair of Share Our Strength. “All of us here at Share Our
Strength are grateful for the work and impact NYCWFF has had on our campaign and we cannot wait to see the Festival continue to flourish and inspire during its new partnership with God’s Love We Deliver.”

The Festival, highly regarded as the city’s premier epicurean experience, has raised more than $13.8 million for its charitable causes over the last 13 years. Together with God’s Love We Deliver and Food Bank For New York City, the Festival will now support New Yorkers in their greatest time of need by raising awareness and critical funds for those facing severe illness and food poverty.

The 14th annual NYCWFF will take place October 14 – 17, 2021! Stay up to date by following the conversation along all year on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter using @NYCWFF.
