Fighting hunger requires teamwork. Food Bank For New York City works in cooperation with a variety of partners who support our efforts to eliminate hunger throughout the five boroughs.
From financial support to in-kind donations for events, corporations and businesses have formed powerful alliances with the Food Bank to help us feed New York City's hungry.
The generous donation of nutritious food through partnerships with the food industry allows the Food Bank to provide more meals to New Yorkers at risk of hunger.
Government agencies — including city, state and federal — contract with the Food Bank to distribute food to emergency food programs.
Fellow hunger-relief organizations and other groups act as supporters and colleagues in the Food Bank's efforts to both feed the hungry and work to eliminate hunger.
Restaurants throughout the five boroughs have proven essential in the effort to provide nutritious food for hungry New Yorkers through their participation in Food Bank campaigns and in-kind donations for events.
